What can you expect from a dunkin donuts? Service was great and the food taste the same as it always does
I cant justify giving any dunkin donuts 4 ot 5 stars.
That being said, the service was great here -

I had ordered an iced caramel latte and when I got my drink, it did not have caramel in it.
I went back to the counter to inform one of the staff that I ordered a caramel latte and that I was given a regular latte. The woman proceeded to tell me that there was caramel. Just because the cup is marked saying there was caramel does not mean that there was caramel in the cup. I've ordered many iced caramel and regular lattes. There is a clear difference.
There was a slight attitude when she was speaking.
She ended up adding caramel. But instead of asking how much, she proceeded to add like 5-6 pumps of caramel. -

Had this all week, consistantly had to ask for my receipt and they forgot my drink to the point I had remind them and tell them my order again. The coffee was good though... when I got it.

Clean, quirky design... wasn't sure its Dunkin outlet till i came close.. staff is always on toes and keep the place clean.

One of the most outdated Dunkin Donut location ever. I wanted to redeem my free beverage for my birthday but they said they dont take that. Then I proceed to pay using the app with DD credit and that didn't work either after the lady tried to enter in some numbers. Seriously all they need was a scanner tool to validate the QR code. Sighs. Foxwood in general seems outdated with their machines, kiosk and such. The place is quite dead on a Saturday.
P.S they do not make lattes. Yet it is on the menu.
